It no news that kim and kanye has been living in different cities but reunited due to the current presidential saga.

The new reports come days after the reality star reunited with the rapper at his $14 million Wyoming ranch following his bizarre presidential campaign rally and his Twitter meltdown in which he announced that he had been planning to divorce her. Read here and here. 

 

It has now been claimed that the pair - who tied the knot in 2014 - have been living in different states for 12 months; with Kim, 39, based in their Calabasas mansion and Kanye, 43, residing at his Wyoming ranch.

Us Weekly reports that Kim would visit only once a month with their four children North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and Psalm, one

Kanye permanently lives in wyoming ranch while the family and everything else happens in calabasas where kim lives. Reports also says that kim and kanye staying together is not good for the kids and kim has also told kanye to forget about the president dream as it isnt good for his health.

Nigerians have been complaining, under the Buhari-led administration, that the Federal Government has been doing a lot of borrowing.

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives had resolved to review loan facilities already taken by Nigeria from China and other countries, and in the process, they found a clause described as “lethal”.

In a report by ThisDay, in the $400 million loan for the Nigeria National Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Infrastructure Backbone Phase II Project, signed in 2018 between Nigeria and the Export-Import Bank of China, Nigeria allegedly ‘conceded sovereignty of Nigeria to China’.

The clause apparently reads:

The borrower (Nigeria) hereby irrevocably waives any immunity on the grounds of sovereign or otherwise for itself or its property in connection with any arbitration proceeding pursuant to Article 8(5), thereof with the enforcement of any arbitral award pursuant thereto, except for the military assets and diplomatic assets.

But what does this really mean?

First of all ‘Sovereignty’ is the power of a state to do everything necessary to govern itself, such as making, executing, and applying laws; imposing and collecting taxes; making war and peace, and forming treaties or engaging in commerce with foreign nations. It is the full right and power of a country over itself, without any interference from outside countries.

On the other hand, according to an explainer by Twitter user @ayodeleoni the sovereign immunity is a legal doctrine giving immunity to a sovereign state (e.g. Nigeria) from any order, injunctive relief or other execution of any judgment or award against its assets even if made as a consequence of the breach of a binding contract.

What Nigeria has done in that clause is that if they were to breach the loan agreement and the lender won the case in an arbitration, the lender will be able to enforce whatever arbitral award they win against any property of Nigeria except military or diplomatic assets

Three sisters kill their dad for sexually abuse

Last summer the sisters were indicted on charges of premeditated murder, sparking an uproar among activists in Russia, which is grappling with a far-reaching domestic abuse problem.

The Khachaturyans' case quickly became a cause celebre for rights groups fighting to pass a law to protect victims of domestic abuse which was shelved by parliament in 2016.

After a long and tangled pre-trial investigation, their trial opens Friday in a Moscow courtroom. The two elder sisters, Krestina and Angelina, will stand trial together. Maria, who was a minor at the time of the killing but indicted after she turned 18, has also been deemed mentally unfit to commit a murder and will be tried separately on a murder charge, according to one of the sisters' lawyers, Aleksey Liptser.

In text conversations obtained from their father's phone and published on Facebook by Liptser, Mikhail Khachaturyan appeared to have threatened to kill them and sexually abuse them and their mother.

"I will beat you up for everything, I will kill you," says one text from April 2018, accusing them of having sexual relations with a male friend. "You are prostitutes and you will die as prostitutes."

The interrogation transcripts also painted a chilling picture of mental, physical and sexual abuse dating at least four years prior to the killing.

"We think that they had no other choice. The father drove the girls to despair, their whole life was a continuous hell. They cannot be compared to healthy, calm and balanced people ... [the] girls developed serious mental illnesses, including abuse syndrome and post-traumatic stress disorder. This was confirmed by all examinations in the case," said one of the sisters' lawyers, Aleksey Parshin.

CNN)Zumrat Dawut said she was forcibly sterilized by the Chinese government for having one too many children.

A former resident of Urumqi, the capital of China's western Xinjiang region, the 38-year-old Uyghur woman said she was fined 18,400 yuan ($2,600) in 2018 for having three children, one more than she was allowed to under Chinese rule.

When she went to pay the fine, Dawut said she was told she'd also need to have a mandatory "birth control procedure."

She said she was taken to a clinic, where she was hooked up to an IV and given a general anesthetic. A local doctor later told her she'd undergone a tubal ligation, a procedure that uses keyhole surgery to clip, cut or tie a woman's fallopian tubes.

The doctor said the procedure was permanent -- she wouldn't be able to have any more children.

Dawut's story is not unique. For years, Uyghur women both inside Xinjiang and around the world have accused the Chinese government of a campaign of abuse, including forced sterilization, cultural indoctrination and incidents of sexual violence.

Buddy tests positive of covid 19.

The first dog to test positive tp Covid 19; the 7 year old shepherd developed breathing problem and was taking to the veterinary by Robert and Allison Mahoney where it was confirmed and he tasted positive . Buddy started having thick mucus and after some days started vomiting blood.

Being a girl child.

Being a girl in this part of the world was really a though one for me while growing up because you have to dress like this, sit like this, serve you brothers first before taking yours and make sure to clean up after food. Making sure the house is in order is a daily routine for me and thats my daily job then after i will have to go to the market to prepare food while the boys go to school. My dad was among the people tgat believed a woman's education ends in the kitchen so there is no need of wasting money on me.

Most times i cry because nobody asked what i wanted, some other times i hide to read my brothers book and take note.  It was easy for me as a smart and intelligent girl to understand though not all. One day my dad came back and told me that tomorrow your husband will come and take you away...........

Covid 19 test a waste of time - Bill Gates

According to Bill Gates, whose foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to treatment and vaccine research for Covid-19, people need to get results back sooner so that they're able to "change their behavior so they're not infecting other people."

"The simplest thing, which has to do with such insanity, is you should not reimburse somebody for getting a test that it takes more than 48 hours to get the result back," Gates said in an interview with CNBC.

"That test is a complete waste. And to all these numbers about how much we test, the majority is just complete waste," he added, calling it "insane" to have to pay for test results that could take more than three days and up to a full week.

A different story....

Sitting in my window, praying for our paths to cross so i can inhale his scent and feel his broad shoulders; thinking about how his lips and mine will be so locked up and the hugg so tight abd tge feeling that he will protect me from the other guys.....  A voice from tge background echoed my name twice, it brought me back to reality as a hurried out to know who it was; i have been single fpr a while so when Brian moved into our neighbourhood i felt something in me tell me "he is the one". Hi Alexa i said to my girlfriend and why are you yelling my name, she chuckled and said i know you are sitting at the window waiting for Brian to come out so you can drool your life out hmmm i have told you to go and talk to him  while she was still speaking i saw him come out and ran to the door so i can see him.......

As i stood at the door watching him drive to work it reminded me of what love felt like and i said to myself "Siri take this step and believe it will lead somewhere.  

  I returned to Alexa to talk on how our day would be; being a baker we have deliverues to do and qe have to hurry. Time was fast approaching for my cake delivery at the popular park wher this Client wants to prppose to his girlfriend of 3 years. He also asked that i put the ring in one of the cupcakes with her favourite flavour, he talked on how they met, how he never want anyone to steal her from him, how she is everything he ever wanted, how he cant wait to spend forever with her etc. It was time to deliver the Cake,  accompanied by Alexa my friend we drppoed the cake at the venue in the care of my Client and left for the mall to watch a movie and relax as my next delivery was later that evening.

As the movie played i drifted into thoughts on how i'm going to approach brian and tell him how i felt. There was this tussle of how it is wrong and how i should hold Myself high because i am a womanand how i should take tge step and stop dying inside.... Alexa has a client to catch up with so we left before the movie finished....

Days went into weeks and montgs that i gave up on shooting my shot on brain, till the faithful friday evening i and Alexa went to the bar for the girls night out behold sitting in the bar with his friends is brian ,i thought to myself we regularly visit this bar every Friday how come i never saw him. They were drinking  and talking about football, i wished the ground to open so i can disappear. Staring at him on his sleeveless polo and his masculine nature on display the smile on his face when he looked upand our eyes locked for some minutes made mr shiver in love, my heart yearned for him to hold me then immediately Alexa signalled me that she has gotten a seat for us. 

We ordered drinks and meat while the gist and everything was going on the bartender approached us and said ma'am your orders has been paid for, sitting down there my heart sank as i double guessed it must be brian. I drank in silence while the girls continues to gist, i became nervous and shy . 

I stood up told Alexa i will be back then left for tge rest room, little did i know that Brian followed behind , i turned and stood face to face with him ; his hands brushed the part of my hair that was covering my face back,looking deep into my blue eyes he said Siri why do you always run from me.......

I stood pinned, i felt my pulse run and my heart started to beat very fast.. i wished Alexa would come and save me but if Alexa should be here it would be a happy moment for her because she kept wishing we could meet. At some point she nearly set up a blind date for us, but it failed because i heard about it through someone. 

Alexa is my best friend right from secondary school, she lived few streets before mine with her parents, we were in the same class at one occasion we were merged together for a group assignment that was when we became really close. Alexa is a go getter, she doesn't take no for an answer, she is a hardworker and loves adventure.  Alexa is someone you can count on to be there and ee have been through thick and thin but the friendship survived.  She is a consultant and also into interior decorations.  In as much as she wants me to be happy and find love i want her to be happy too. I always imagine an outing of both she and her husband and me with my husband but i have never seen or heard hrr fantasize about love or the kind of man she wants.  I have been worried for her and have asked her several times what her problem with love is but she has refused saying a thing only that love is not her thing. Currently she leaves a few houses from mine,  more reason we see almost everytime.  She wss also the one that adviced i go into real estate.  Alexa knows exactly what to fo with me at any point. Alexa is my best friend. 

  As i stood there in my thoughts staring at this young man that has taken my sense of humour,  as he came close i became anxious; aroused by the scent of his cologne,  a compelling sensation jiggled from inside and i started feeling feverish that i ran out of the bar  and went straight home...

As i got home, i went straight to get myself a glass of milk then retired to my bed. I started reminiscing over what just happened i mean his lips were so soft and saucy, all the hairs in my body stood craving for a touch but then what actually made me ran out of the bar leaving him standing there confused. I thought abput how i would have seized the moment to tell him all i have fantasized about but again i smiled sheepishly when i remembered how he called my name and touched my hair. I wanted to rewind so i can stop wondering in wildness but i dozed off as i had to many things to do the next day. Saturday is always a busy day for me; from going to sites to doing deliveries and some house chores because i wash my clothes with my hands then dry it with the washing machine and i also have no soup again in my freezer . 

The weekend came and gone without me seeing him again till after two weeks later when i saw a lady entering his car early in the morning as i sat in my normal position.  

  Nina is 5'7, fair loves wearing skimpy dresses. She works in a supermarket inside town. The little i know about her is that she preys on men. I felt jealousy envelop me and i said Nina cant take what belongs to me, i must fight and get my man back.

   The week was a very busy and stressful one for me but it still didn't stop me from baking cupcakes with strawberries and cream together for him that Sunday morning.  I packaged it then without a second thought went straight to his door, my hands shivered as i pressed the doorbell but being determined  to get whats mine i wasn't moved.......  As i stood there several thoughts came to my mind "Siri what are you doing, how can you be going to throw yourself at a guy, who does that?.... haaa i Siri does that.....

Few minutes later a tall looking handsome young man with broad shoulders and muscles; his hazel and compelling eyes piercing through my heart , he opened the door my breast moaned helplessly stretching out its arms for him. A flimsy mythical thought came to my mind saying you cant have this if you dont fight but i quickly dismissed it and came back to my senses ; but how can i concentrate when am staring at his nipples standing and looking straight into my eyes beckoning my name Siri in my subconsciousness. I had to call my emotions to order immediately because i know exactly what i want. 

  With his shirtless self he asked that i come in after saying hi to me. I handed him the strawberries and cream cupcake . Being that it is sunday, we had a long talk about work, family and literally everything except relationship. It was evening already before i realised myself, then he asked the question that has been in my mind " why did you run away?"  Looking into his hazel eyes i didn't know what to say, i strutted and muttered that i forgot something in my car and thats why i ran. He didn't believe it but let it slide then came sitting close to me holding my hands, my heart sank and i felt it pumping like fuel in a station; he leaned close brushed his lips over mine,  he did it again but this time he kissed my hungry lips and straight he came at my ears, i started feeling some tingling sensation and rumbling though all of it was looking weird to me but i desired desperately his capricious lips all over my breast..........

My phone rang immediately, vit was Alexa calling to remind me of a propertt she wants to show me. I ignored the call as i enjoyed every moment with Brian. 

  Brian is a tall guy, with  hazel eyes and broad shoulders. He gyms to keep fit and loves to be muscular.  He is an Engineer that works with a construction firm and also consults for others in another city. He plays table tennis in the park in his free time. 

   Monday came so fast and the week began again very busy with my normal routine except that i have officially started a relationship with brian and will regularly drop at his place or we hang out, but friday is still girls out with Alexa and friends.  I enjoyed the prpcess or eriod of thr relationship, Brian being a very caring guy made sure i always have a smile on my face even wjen he is not around. 

Moreover,  i asked about Nina and he told me she is a distant cousin but he never knew she was staying in town not until he met her at the mall few weeks back. 

Alexa loved every moment of my relationship with brian because shr has never  seen me this happy in a relationship.  My last relationship shattered me into pieces because i found out myself that the guy has someone else he was planning marriage with; i cauggt them pants fown in his apartment because i have a spare key. I took my time off relationships and to heal.  My sugar level increased including my blood pressure.  So seeing me happy and whistle while baking made her smile.  Times when brian is not around ee will bideo chat. I did not let brian know how i was really into him due to my past experience but i never let him doubt the fact that i love him. I always let him lead the relationship.

Days went into weeks and months passed and my relationship with brian grew into a bond, Alexa is happy for me too but something is really disturbing me, Alexa still dont believe in love upon seeing my relationship with brian grow so much. One day i sat her down and said to her Alexa look at me, we have been bestfriends for a long while Are you a lesbian or is there something i need to know? Why do you trully hate men and love? 

    Seeing how keen i was and how seriously i waited for an answer she started crying and she said "My parents" confused me looked at her soberly and said sis its ok if you dont want to talk but try so i can help you.  Alexa then started her tragic family story of how her parents will spend the whole time in front of them playing love and proffessing it to each other but inside their bedroom,  mummy sleeps on the floor while daddy sleeps on the bed because he is the head,  how her dad will beat their mum black and blue if she dares challenge her and their mum will still tell them not to worry that everything will be fine, how their dad has cane for everyone one in the house including their mum. My dad did so many things to my mum that when he died i was happy and i also hated love because thats what he always kept saying anytime he makes her pass through pain.  I have heard you talk about your parents and i wished i had a different one.  I cry alot when i see the pain in my mums eyes but as a kid i couldn't do anything. Remember those days i skipped school and told you i was sick, it was because of my mum. I told myself i wont let a man deceive me with the word Love because its a lie. I would never let my self be entangled to a story of love because i believed every man is evil.

  Siri i kept this buried in my heart because i dont want you to feel pity for me, i want people to see only the strong Alexa that went for whatever she wants abd doesn't believe in love. Alexa released a deep breath.........

Listening to Alexa brought rain drops from my eyes,  the much she had to pass through,  its so hard for an adult talk more of a child. I hugged her so tight and said lexy am so sorry i wasn't there for you, you dont deserve all these pain am sorry and i promise you your story won't be the same as your mums, i will be ther in every step pinky promise sis.  We had some drinks and some and peppered meat and slept off.  

   This was on a thursday, and we were in Alexa's house, she prepared for work and dropped me off at my house because i have some baking to do before i leave for office work. It was a beautiful day as Alexa woke up humming her favourite song and deep inside me i felt like dancing as i was happy at least she is somewhat free. 

Something incredible happened at Alexas consulting room , a client that wants to redecorate his house came though he didn't have an appointment made his way to her office. He came on referrals afrer sitting down he said Ms Alexa , i want you to give our house a good interior look.; hmmmmm exclaimed Alexa looking at him corrected him thinking it was a mistake but he still said it again. Alexas rules is business before pleasure.  She cautioned the man as she got angry and sent the man out of her office as he kept insisting its their house.   This man kept on booking appointment until Alexa decided to ignore whatever he says and do her work. She gave him the terms and conditions and he accepted.  They scheduled a day to see the house and then fix a day to commence work. The client paid his money in full.

Alexa put her best the house because she loves to stand out and doesnt loke her clients complaining, it took a while before she familiarises with the client though he never gave up. Alexa knew it was not professional so she also kept a little distance. One day he asked Akexa out on a date , she refused but he said lets tall on how far you have gone on the house over dinner. She agreed after some pushing moreover its her client. So after the date only God know what happened that made Alexa to like this guy.  They kept good communication and had gotten to the extent of video call and miss each other.  The changes on Alexas life was glaring on my face without being asked i knew my friend has found love though she never admitted that. 

This guy travelled before alexa could finish the work but they kept talking. 

  One sunday evening i was sitting down watching a family show when my phone rang , it was fred and he wants to propose to Alexa woww! I shouted and started dancing but he said he wants a surprise Engagement being it that am closr to alexa he had to call me. I agreed and started the planning and without alexa noticing anything. I planned it that after decorating freds house with rose petals and candles,  then cake and drinks with cupcakes , there will be a dinner of me, brian and alexa then fred will join us later.  Little did i know that brian has a surprise for me......

Brian signalled the waiter and told him something,  before i knew what was happening a full banner of my face and memories with Brian filled the whole place and he knelt down and said Siri, i fell in love with you the first day i saw you sitting in the window staring at me, am sorry i didn't make the step i felt you will snub me but i am happy you did and ever since then i have been happy, Siri, be my best friend forever and with that diamond ring staring at me i hugged him and said yes, that moment i pray to God and said a prayer in my heart may we never have a reason to walk away amen.

  We were dancing when fred joined us and alexa started a course in shyness; after the party fred said to alexa to please escort him to see the furnished and newly decorated house,  she said she was tired but after some pushing she agreed that i will go with them. 

When we got to the house, fred told her to wait first outside then he opened the door as she walked in ,he put the lights on wow  written boldly was "Alexa be my wife and make my life more beautiful " he knelt down with the ring , alexa started crying and said yes to fred then the music people came out of there hidding ,everywhere was lit it was like another party for me and brian.  By two month's time both traditional and court marriage was done and on sunday we went for marriage blessings. 

Alexa and fred had three kids while i and brian had four. It was a happily ever after...

My Covid Experience.

They day broke with me feeling feverish,  lost my sense of taste, coughing and feeling weak; the next thing that came to my mind was Covid19, goosebumps caressed my whole body, i became scared because i have always been careful ie i wash my hands regularly, i wear my nose mask , i made sure to use sanitizer,  made sure my house is neat because @sparklesandshinecleaningservic@gmail.com does a  great job in cleaning and i totally recommend them for anyone.  

I called my Fiance to tell him how i am feeling he immediately told me to visit the hospital asap as both of us arent staying in the same city.  I stood up from my bed shivering and praying inside my heart ( oh God let it not be covid) as much as i dont believe in the sickness i know some people does.  As the shower ran down my body from my head i felt cold inside and yearn for someone to come and suckle me and tell me not to be scared "you will be fine".  I was still in the shower when my phone rang again , it was my fiance asking me if i have left for the hospital,  i immediately snapped back to reality and hurried out, did a little make up with a blank lip off i go to the hospital.  

I arrived the hospital, met the receptionist and sat down to wait for the doctor. It was my turn as i entered the doctors office with my eyes glued to his; he asked why a pretty princess is feeling sick on a Thursday,  i smile and explained my ordeal ofcourse he too was wearing his mask so i cant see his lips. I was sent to run some test and told the result will be convened to me after two weeks. Then i left.

Back to my house still feeling feverish,  got some lemon and ginger to drink then with hot water as i went back to sleep.  Staying in my house for the whole two weeks was so tiring and perturbing. My fiance kept checking on me as he couldn't travel. Finally the two weeks came and it was a prayer answered,  "it was a mere fever no Covid 19" i immediately ran out of my house jubliating.
